The site carries no advertising and sells nothing. It is funded and run as an enthusiast project, independent of Mercedes-Benz AG.
Adam Woozeer founded Project 190 in 2025 and edits the archive. Historical figures (production numbers, homologation counts, race results) are drawn from Mercedes-Benz production records and contemporary motorsport results, and dated where they appear.
